“As a Puerto Rican woman raised in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, my journey is a testament to my parents' incredible resilience and resourcefulness. Their unwavering support and determination inspired me to become the first in my family to earn a Bachelor's in Marketing from Long Island University, despite our limited resources. Today, I am proud to carry their legacy as a wife, mother, founder, and executive at a prestigious global financial institution, while also advancing my education at Columbia Business School.

My experiences have instilled in me a profound appreciation for representation and the transformative power of elevated experiences. Yet, even years later, a gap remains for so many Latinas, fueling my drive to make a difference.

In 2018, I founded a program that provides Latina students in New York with access to corporate experiences hosted by fellow Latina professionals. To date, we have reached nearly 800 students across the boroughs. This initiative not only benefits the students but also enhances the workplace culture and company loyalty from the volunteers.

Now, through Limitless Achievement NYC, we aim to scale our impact by inspiring, elevating, and empowering the next generation of Latina leaders in partnership with companies that share our vision and values. Together, we will reshape the landscape for future Latina leaders through diverse elevated experiences and educational grants to support aspirations for higher education.”
